Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Media Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in performance marketing and lead generation.

The primary responsibility of this role is to launch, manage, and scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads to generate qualified leads for real estate funnels.

This is a performance-driven role where the candidate will be measured on key metrics such as CPL, MQL, SQL, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch, manage, and scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Optimize campaigns daily to hit lead and revenue targets.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
  • Collaborate with design and copy teams to brief and test high-converting ads.
  • Monitor funnel performance metrics (Leads → MQL → SQL → Sales).
  • Report weekly with insights, not just numbers — what worked, what didn't, what's next.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in performance marketing & lead generation.
  • Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Experience with real estate or other high-ticket industries is a strong plus.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset — you can explain why CPL went up or down, not just notice it.
  • Full-time availability: Monday to Friday, 10 AM–6 PM Dubai time.
