Senior Architectural Project Manager

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the design process of a building or urban design project assigned to the team. This involves monitoring progress, contributing to design work, and ensuring that projects meet safety and environmental standards.

  • Manage a team of architects and oversee multiple projects
  • Participate in the design process and develop schematic designs
  • Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings
  • Review architectural drawings for compliance with federal, state, and local codes
  • Coordinate project team work and monitor progress across all phases
  • Manage correspondence with clients, vendors, and consultants
  • Responsible for project schedule and budget

Requirements:

  • At least 4-7 years of experience as a licensed architect
  • Good standing in relevant professional associations
  • Experience in architecture and/or urban design planning and development
  • Strong negotiation skills for internal and external purposes
  • Experience in presenting designs and proposals at client meetings and industry events
  • Project management experience and proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD and Revit
