Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial analysis, exceptional technical skills in Vena, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to communicate effectively.

The FP&A team is responsible for providing financial insights and supporting business decision-making. As an FP&A expert, you will be working closely with the leadership team to develop and maintain complex financial models, reports, and dashboards.

You will be responsible for:

  • Administering and maintaining Vena, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates of financial reports.
  • Developing and enhancing Vena reports to meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues related to Vena system usage.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in an FP&A environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Vena for financial reporting and administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and automation) and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
