The Benefits Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring patients have accurate information about their insurance coverage. This includes verifying benefits and running prescription monitoring program reports to support safe prescribing practices.

As a friendly and supportive resource, the Benefits Coordinator helps remove barriers so patients can focus on their mental health journey.

  • Conduct thorough insurance verifications in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding their coverage.
  • Run prescription history reports through the prescription monitoring platform.
  • Enter client personal health information and other clinical data accurately.

Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, be tech-savvy, and demonstrate a compassionate approach to patient care. They will also have a high level of knowledge in health insurance and be committed to increasing access to mental health treatment for those in need.
