Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned CDRL and QA Manager to oversee the coordination, submission, and quality oversight of all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables.

This role ensures compliance with DoD and ISO 9001:2015 requirements. A nationwide project requires travel to various sites across the country.

Responsibilities
  • Managing CDRL development, formatting, submission, and tracking in accordance with contract specifications.
  • Maintaining and improving a QA system aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Conducting internal quality reviews of reports, data, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinating with technical leads to ensure deliverables meet contract requirements.
  • Supporting audits, inspections, and internal reviews to ensure alignment with DoD, ISO, and client standards.
  • Documenting and tracking quality metrics, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing CDRLs and QA for U.S. Government or international projects within the last 10 years.
  • Strong knowledge of DoD DIDs, CDRL formats, and reporting standards Skilled in ISO 9001:2015 quality systems, audits, and document control.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
