Lead Quality Assurance Specialist

This role involves ensuring the accuracy and consistency of client deliverables, operational processes, and internal data.
- Develop and enforce robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Execute data quality and remediation programs
- Conduct internal audits to international standards
- Maintain client feedback mechanisms with integrity
- Evaluate and enhance existing SOPs to ensure they meet client needs
- Implement data quality initiatives to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Lead high-quality internal audits to identify areas for improvement
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to achieve optimal process understanding
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of embodying ownership, humility, structured thinking, attention to detail, excellent listening and communication skills, analytical mindset, collaboration-driven approach, and data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations
