About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned researcher to spearhead our lead generation efforts. This position requires a unique blend of analytical and communication skills, as you will be responsible for uncovering new business opportunities and driving growth through targeted outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tam Discovery: Translate target account lists into actionable insights
  • Buyer Committee Mapping: Develop comprehensive org charts to identify key decision-makers
  • Contact Sourcing & Enrichment: Identify and validate contact information for senior-level professionals
  • List QA & Governance: Ensure data accuracy, deduplicate, and validate deliverability to maintain compliance with industry regulations
  • Playbook Execution: Design and implement customized sales playbooks to drive personalized sequences
  • Insights Reporting: Provide actionable insights to inform ICP development and messaging strategy
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize accounts, define hypotheses, and optimize research workflows
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for repeatable research processes

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator (advanced): Account mapping, buyer identification, and alerts
  • Linked Helper (proficient): Compliant list prep and controlled workflow support
  • Google Sheets/Excel; Notion; a modern CRM for data hygiene
What Success Looks Like:
  • 30 days: Baseline ICPs translated into clean, activation-ready lists with clear buyer maps
  • 60 days: Templated Clay/Apollo workflows; research SLAs met with 95% email validity and 3% bounce on activated lists
  • 90 days: Portfolio coverage complete for priority segments; insight reports influencing targeting and copy; zero data-quality escalations
