Responsibilities
  • Migrate data and processes to a cloud-based platform, including inventory management, customer relationships, sales tracking, and financial tracking.
  • Ensure smooth integration between various software applications, including CRM and accounting systems.
  • Maintain and optimize the system for efficiency and accuracy, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Train team members on the effective use of various software tools, enabling them to work efficiently and effectively.
  • Continuously monitor and improve business workflows and automation processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing CRM, inventory, and accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms and their integration with other software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex issues.
