Business Development Role

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Representative to create new business opportunities and support our sales team.

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email to set qualified meetings with potential clients.
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers in those organizations.
  • Personalize outreach messaging to maximize engagement and response rates from the target audience.
  • Manage and track outreach activity, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategy and messaging to improve campaign performance.
  • Provide feedback on campaign results and suggest improvements to increase effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3–6 years of experience in a Business Development, Sales Development or Outbound Sales role with a focus on email outreach and meeting setting.
  • Strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills to engage with clients.
  • Experience working with CRM software and outreach platforms to manage and track activities.
  • A self-motivated and data-driven individual comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be proficient in Gmail, Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Pipedrive.
