Job Overview

We seek a Digital Workplace Adoption Lead to drive adoption of productivity technologies across the organization. This role is key to increasing employee productivity.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities for cross-application within various departments, designing and executing adoption programs, and supporting end-users with inquiries and issues as a subject matter expert.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of current solution utilization, adoption/usage baselines, and industry best practices in workplace solutions.

Requirements
  • Computer Science, engineering, or related field degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • 3+ years driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Outstanding communication skills, verbal and non-verbal.
  • ITIL foundation certification preferred.
  • Multi-tasking capability with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, requiring little supervisory attention.
  • Desire to learn and become familiar with new areas of technology.
