About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist who can ensure our digital projects meet the highest quality standards. This role will also involve taking on support and project management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Review and test completed work to identify defects, inconsistencies, or usability issues.
  • Log and track bugs in Trello, providing clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.
  • Identify not only task-specific defects but also related side issues that could impact project quality.
  • Ensure issues are addressed before delivery to clients.
  • Liaise directly with clients to assess incoming support requests, clarifying requirements where needed.
  • Prioritize and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Track project progress and update relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in manual QA, ideally within a digital agency or software development environment.
  • Strong familiarity with Trello, Jira, or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to think beyond the immediate task.
  • Proactive in identifying issues before they are raised by clients.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
