Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Virtual Receptionist.

This role involves handling inbound calls, answering inquiries, and booking appointments for our clients. You will be responsible for representing our clients professionally and following their standard greeting.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have experience working in a BPO setting.

You will work from home, handling 9 hours of calls per day, with breaks in between. The compensation package includes a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a reputable company.

About the Job

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and answer inquiries for clients.
  • Represent clients professionally and follow their standard greeting.
  • Book appointments on client CRM platforms.
  • Take detailed call summary notes including contact information, reason for inquiry, and other relevant details.
  • Transmit call notes to clients after each call with accuracy and no typos.
Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Requirements:
  • A high-speed internet connection (at least 40 Mbps).
  • A computer with an Intel i3 processor and 8 GB RAM.
  • A backup power source.
  • Working Qualifications:
  • Experience in a BPO setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
