Remote Accounts Payable Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounts payable professional to join our team in a remote work setup. As an accounts payable specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Invoice Processing: Review and process vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment.
  2. Dispute Resolution: Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices and payments.
  3. Account Reconciliation: Maintain accurate financial records by reconciling accounts payable transactions.
  4. Financial Reporting: Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting processes.
  5. Vendor Communication: Effectively communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address inquiries and issues.
  6. System Implementation: Support the implementation and maintenance of accounts payable systems and processes.
  7. Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized filing systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), and experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Personal Qualities: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
