Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/LLM Data Quality Specialist to join our team. As an AI/LLM Data Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice of AI models.

You will be responsible for creating training data sets that meet the highest standards of quality, annotating data to align with human values, and analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers to refine and iterate data sets, contribute to evolving specifications for AI model training and data recipes, and navigate a dynamic environment while adapting to shifting guidelines and flexible priorities.

Your primary goal will be to achieve target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including daily job count and average handle time per job, within specified data production windows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality training data sets that meet the requirements of AI models.
  • Annotate data to ensure alignment with human values.
  • Improve the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of training data and AI model-generated text.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets.
  • Contribute to evolving specifications for AI model training and data recipes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, linguistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data annotation, data quality, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
