Job Opportunity: Marketing Virtual Assistant

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Virtual Assistant to support the creation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing approaches, analyzing campaign performance, and maintaining accurate data records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns to achieve optimal results.
  • Develop efficient workflows and automations in CRM software (Go High-Level) to streamline processes.
  • Manage and update customer and campaign data using Excel for accurate tracking.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, creating detailed reports to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for customer engagement and improve overall marketing efforts.
  • Support marketing-related tasks as needed, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
  • Experience with QuickBooks for basic financial tracking and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, especially Go High-Level, for efficient workflow automation.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail to ensure effective collaboration and reporting.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
What We Offer:

A full-time remote position with a regular working schedule from 9 AM - 5 PM EST. Ideal candidates are self-motivated individuals with excellent organizational skills and a creative approach to executing email campaigns.
