Marketing Manager Position

You will be working as a key member of our team, responsible for leading and executing all marketing efforts. Your primary goal will be to bring in new students via Mailchimp and manage multiple marketing channels and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the MTT program.
  • Create engaging marketing content for emails, website updates on Squarespace, and promotional materials on Canva.
  • Maintain and update pipelines of prospective participants and clients using Google Spreadsheets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to scholarship requests and guiding applicants through the decision-making process.
  • Take ownership of outreach efforts, including email follow-ups and phone calls, to convert leads into program participants or corporate clients.
  • Participate actively in live classes, manage breakout rooms, track attendance, and keep records of student participation.
  • Continuously improve workflows for marketing and student engagement processes, suggesting enhancements proactively.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with Mailchimp, Squarespace, Canva, Thinkific, AirTable, and Google Docs.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create promotional materials on Canva and tweak websites on Squarespace.
  • Strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in emails, spreadsheets, and other deliverables.
  • Confidence in managing and updating pipelines on Google Spreadsheets.
