This is a challenging role focused on increasing demand for our residential portfolio in Wellington. Key responsibilities include designing and running efficient, test-led campaigns to drive qualified viewing bookings from target segments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a growth strategy incorporating paid social, search, and organic channels, with a focus on Instagram and Meta.
- Define target audiences and geographic areas around Wellington, create engaging content and copy, and conduct rapid A/B tests to improve CTR and conversion.
- Establish landing pages or optimized listings with clear calls-to-action to book viewings, tracking end-to-end using UTM parameters and Google Analytics 4.
- Implement retargeting and nurture sequences for website visitors and portal engagers to increase bookings.
- Integrate campaign flows with viewing software and CRM systems to ensure leads are routed and tracked.
- Provide regular reports on cost per qualified viewing, applications, conversion rates, and vacancy days, with recommendations for next steps.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, scaling successful initiatives and pausing underperforming ones, with a focus on fast iteration.
