This Process Optimization Expert position is part of our Business Solutions team at Willis Towers Watson. We're looking for someone who has expertise in RPA and process optimization to help us streamline our business processes.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for optimization.
  • Develop and implement process improvements using RPA tools and techniques.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure all required approvals are secured.
  • Conduct testing and implement process improvements in accordance with WTW best practices.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in RPA development and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
