Job Description:

As an Office Finance Manager with Q2 HR Solutions Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services.

You will be responsible for managing client invoicing and receivables, maintaining accurate financial records, and working closely with the Finance Manager to develop processes and systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization.

This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment. You will also be responsible for reconciling balance sheet accounts quarterly, interpreting contracts and ensuring compliance with accounting policies, and filing and maintaining contract records.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with expertise in BAS, payroll tax, and statutory reporting. A degree in finance, accounting, or economics is preferred but not essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are necessary for this role.
