About the Role

Expedock is seeking a skilled professional to manage its social media presence. The ideal candidate will create and curate high-quality content to strengthen brand positioning, attract new clients, and support business growth.

This role requires creativity, industry knowledge, and an understanding of how to make complex services accessible and engaging to potential customers.

The successful candidate will develop a social media strategy aligned with Expedock's brand and sales objectives, build a content calendar focused on client acquisition and thought leadership, and identify the right channels to reach the target audience.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
  • Develop a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Expedock's brand and sales goals.
  • Create a content calendar that showcases Expedock's expertise and thought leadership in the logistics industry.
  • Identify the most effective channels to reach and engage with the target audience.
Content Creation & Execution
  • Design and post engaging social content that highlights Expedock's services and expertise.
  • Translate complex logistics concepts into easy-to-understand language for potential clients.
  • Use storytelling techniques to showcase Expedock's success stories and client testimonials.
Engagement & Community Management
  • Engage with followers, prospective clients, and industry leaders on social media.
  • Monitor mentions, comments, and direct inquiries; respond promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in relevant conversations and groups to establish Expedock as a thought leader in the logistics industry.
Analytics & Optimization
  • Track performance across social media platforms: impressions, engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Provide regular reports to Expedock's leadership on campaign performance.
  • Optimize posting schedules, formats, and messaging based on analytics data.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing (B2B preferred).
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite.
  • Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content streams.
