Freight Forwarding Sales Representative

As a Freight Forwarding Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, networking, and research.

  • Conduct in-depth research on target businesses, industries, challenges, and pain points to craft compelling messaging that resonates with prospects.
  • Assess potential leads by initiating conversations to understand their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings between prospects and sales executives, ensuring both parties have the necessary information for productive discussions.

You will also maintain consistent engagement with prospects by providing relevant information, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns. Follow up on previous interactions to nurture relationships and ensure a seamless experience.

Additionally, you will record and track all lead interactions in CRM systems, keeping contact details updated, logging conversation notes, and maintaining accurate data for reporting and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales (hunting via outbound prospecting), B2B technology industry experience (SaaS sales), strong familiarity with CRM systems, excellent conversational skills & ability to engage prospects and build rapport, and availability to work EST (New York) or PST (San Francisco) timezone.
