We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to oversee our client's entire social media presence, ensuring seamless brand visibility and engagement across all channels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand's objectives and sales goals.
  • Develop a content calendar focusing on client acquisition, thought leadership, and brand trust, while maintaining consistency across platforms.
  • Select the most suitable channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and craft engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Transform freight forwarding expertise into easily digestible posts for potential clients, highlighting the company's success stories and service reliability.
  • Utilize storytelling to showcase the company's achievements, client wins, and commitment to excellence.
  • Maintain active engagement with followers, prospective clients, and industry leaders online, responding promptly to comments and inquiries.
  • Monitor mentions, comments, and direct inquiries; ensure timely responses to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Participate in logistics-related conversations, LinkedIn groups, and communities to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership.
  • Track performance across platforms: impressions, engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Provide regular reports to the client's leadership and stakeholders on campaign performance, highlighting areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Optimize posting schedule, formats, and messaging based on analytics to maximize results.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of social media experience (B2B preferred).
  • Freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite.
  • Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content streams effectively.
