About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Appraiser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for rendering accurate valuations of collateral, conducting thorough investigations on loan applications, and ensuring proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit various collateral sites to assess their value.
  • Conduct appraisals of different collateral properties to determine their worth.
  • Evaluate the credibility of borrowers, their sources of income, payment capacity, past and existing loans, nature of employment, and other assets.
  • Determine an accurate and fair valuation of collateral based on the above factors.
Credit Investigation
  • Conduct on-site visits for credit investigations to gather relevant information.
  • Prepare unbiased reports on clients' credit standing based on the results of the investigation.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Annotate mortgages accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate actively in staff meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of credit appraisal and investigation principles.
  • Willingness to work in Bacoor, Cavite.
