  • Procurement and Sourcing: Identify and select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the procurement of necessary materials at the right cost and quality.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate the transportation and delivery of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective shipment of products, and manage logistics partners.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, ensure adequate inventory to meet demand without overstocking, and oversee warehousing operations.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure suppliers meet quality, timing, and cost expectations.
  • Demand Planning: Work with other departments to forecast demand and ensure supply levels meet future needs.
  • Cost Management: Manage budgets for supply chain activities, find ways to reduce costs, and optimize procurement and logistics processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure the entire supply chain follows regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential disruptions in the supply chain and create contingency plans.

Requirements:

  • Full-time position
  • Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
  • Benefits: Employee discount, opportunities for promotion, paid training, pay raise, promotion to permanent employee
  • Schedule: 8 hour shift, day shift, holidays, weekends
  • Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
