Job Title: Operations AssociateLocation: RemoteJob Description:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. As an Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. You will work closely with the Head of Operations to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure the smooth functioning of our business.Responsibilities:- Assist with the implementation and execution of operational policies and procedures.- Support the sales and dispatch team in coordinating and prioritizing tasks and job orders- Provide assistance to the cleaning team as needed- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering supplies and materials as needed.- Assist with the onboarding and training of new employees.- Provide administrative support, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and organizing files and documents.- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.- Support the finance team in various tasks.- Assist with data entry, analysis, and reporting as needed.- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred.1-3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or a similar role.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.QualificationsBachelor’s DegreeSkills RequiredCommunication
