Strategic Project Manager

Drive the success of our projects by leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders and implementing effective project management strategies.

This role is key in maintaining proper team utilization and maximizing revenues. You will be responsible for overseeing small concurrent client projects while maintaining oversight to identify risk, escalations and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate has a strong sense of working collaboratively with leadership teams, deep knowledge in internal stakeholder management, people management, and software project delivery.

  • Mentor staff in Agile methodologies and best practices in project management to enhance project delivery.
  • Provide teams with clear understanding of responsibilities, accountabilities and growth plan by communicating and managing work assignments, training, and performance appraisals.
  • Ensure that bench time for consultants is used to improve skills in line with technology roadmaps.
  • Monitor the alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives.

A suitable candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in setting and managing client expectations, with strong communication skills and ability to manage up to 20 people and provide guidance on their career development.
