Regional Sales Lead

We are Innovation Meditech, a pioneering medical device company committed to delivering innovative solutions for the healthcare sector. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Executive to spearhead our sales efforts and forge strong client relationships in the medical devices sector.
The ideal candidate will possess a remarkable track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in the medical device or healthcare industry. They will be responsible for driving sales and client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships with potential clients.
This role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and client relationships. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and the ability to present and negotiate effectively with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the Delhi region.
- Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Client Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
- Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients.
- Sales Process & Closing: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any stream (preferably with a background in life sciences, engineering, or healthcare-related fields).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the medical device or healthcare technology sector.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
