The Director of Client Services plays a pivotal role in managing assigned programs, serving as the primary client interface for day-to-day communications and commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary point of contact and coordinate program delivery
  • Develop corporate strategies for accounts, working closely with senior management to set client expectations
  • Support day-to-day activities for client programs, focusing on client satisfaction and achievement of KPI's
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues, problems or concerns in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Identify opportunities to enhance or extend relationships with clients by providing additional solutions or services
  • Assist in management of program profitability and performance metrics, including budgeting, forecasting, monitoring actuals, pricing/packaging of new offerings, accounts receivable management, invoice preparation and Service Level Agreements
  • Suggest modifications to internal processes for financial control
  • Work effectively in a team environment, matrix organization and remotely from team
  • Ensure operational procedures are in place
  • Participate in development and integration of Technology Solutions
  • Serve as client liaison for security, ensuring customer access to client utilized systems and solution components

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing large accounts in service environments, preferably in outsourced solutions
  • Ability to handle priority issues quickly and decisively
  • Strong analytical skills, preparing reports and participating in operations and quarterly business reviews
  • Exceptional coordination and relationship-building skills with internal resources
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Highly flexible and able to multitask
  • Bachelor's degree in related field from a four-year college or university, with two to three years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Project management training or certification a plus
