Job Overview:

A dynamic and customer-focused individual is required to provide top-notch service to clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating account openings, placements, and client inquiries while selling the bank's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform daily banking activities in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of transaction documents used in processing.
  3. Maintain compliance with bank policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank preferred; fresh graduates considered.
  • Proficiency in computer and business applications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Good problem-solving and numerical skills.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
