
Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:
A dynamic and customer-focused individual is required to provide top-notch service to clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating account openings, placements, and client inquiries while selling the bank's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily banking activities in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of transaction documents used in processing.
- Maintain compliance with bank policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- At least one year of experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank preferred; fresh graduates considered.
- Proficiency in computer and business applications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
- Good problem-solving and numerical skills.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
