Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Business Support Specialist. This individual will provide comprehensive support to our Account Management and Service Management teams, ensuring seamless execution of sales and implementation activities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather, collate, and analyze relevant data to inform targeted marketing efforts. Additionally, they will be responsible for preparing reports on pipeline progress, won deals, and account status, as well as assisting in the development of learning and development programs for Account Managers and Service Managers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing overall assistance to Account Management and Service Management Department with regard to sales and implementation activities.
  • Gathering, collating, and analyzing relevant data and information to aid the division in achieving focused and effective marketing efforts.
  • Furnishing reports used primarily by the Account Management and Service Management Department in relation to pipeline, won deals and general status of the accounts.
  • Preparing other reports used to monitor various activities which may be required by the department, division, and other bank units.
  • Assisting Strategic Support Officer or Head in furnishing learning and development program for Account Managers, Service Managers and/or other trainees, as the case may be.
  • Supporting Strategic Support Officer or Head in creating and maintaining an onboarding and off boarding program.
  • Providing assistance to Strategic Support Officer or Head on review of billing and collection of fees and penalties.
  • Coordinating with various units as may be necessary to track the progress of deals and accounts.
  • Attending to transaction banking queries and concerns of internal and external clients.
  • Guiding clients through accomplishment of documentary requirements, onboarding and implementation process.
  • Conducting basic implementation training for corporate clients' assigned users as may be needed.
  • Coordinating resolution of problems and issues relating to corporate cash management and trade with concerned units.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
