About the Role

We are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Associate with 3–5 years of B2B experience to help grow our client base. This role is primarily focused on hunting new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and driving revenue. Marketing activities will support these sales objectives.

The ideal candidate thrives on prospecting, engaging with decision-makers, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. Familiarity with mechanical or electrical engineering concepts is a strong plus, enabling the candidate to better understand client requirements and communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development (Primary Focus)

  • Proactively prospect and generate new B2B leads via networking, research, cold outreach, and industry events.
  • Qualify prospects and move them through the sales pipeline from first contact to close.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to decision-makers.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with company targets.

Account & Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Marketing Support (Secondary)

  • Assist in planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns that generate leads.
  • Familiarity with FB/Google/LinkedIn Ads a plus
  • Track competitor activity and market trends to refine positioning.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and opportunities in CRM tools.
  • Report regularly on pipeline progress, sales KPIs, and conversion metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with mechanical or electrical engineering concepts is a strong advantage.
  • Strong hunter mentality — comfortable with cold calling, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital prospecting platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Self-starter with high drive, resilience, and ability to work independently.
