Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Hunters Hub Inc.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and ensure completeness of all documentation prior to submission to other business units
  • Assist in various investment documentation and submission processes
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing and data entry
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Banking, Commerce, or a related field
  • Administrative experience, which can include internships
  • Proficiency in MS Applications
  • Availability of pre-employment requirements (Diploma, TOR, NBI, Medical, and COE if applicable)
