Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Support Specialist to join our team at Phesco Incorporated. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing exceptional support and service to guests and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Telephone Operations: Answer and direct calls, take messages, and perform other tasks as required.
  • Fax Management: Receive, record, and disseminate incoming and outgoing fax messages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reception Duties: Greet visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Document Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and documents promptly.
  • Supply Management: Monitor office supply levels, requisition necessary items, and maintain adequate stocks.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Ensure the Reception Area remains clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Requirements:
  • Education: A College Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in computer applications and excellent communication skills.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The location of this role is in Quezon City.
