Immigration Services Expert

This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth employee transitions across borders, adheres to local laws, and provides immigration and relocation support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on immigration compliance service delivery
  • Monitor and control Remote products and services for immigration compliance
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Enhance in-house immigration services to boost revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze and prepare visa/work permit applications
  • Stay up-to-date with immigration law knowledge and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
  • Handle escalations and guide stakeholders to timely resolutions
  • Counsel on travel needs, advise on immigration processes, and serve as a point of contact for business travel and sponsorship cases
  • Manage case statuses using case management systems
  • Deliver solution-based responses for complex client cases
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles with a focus on immigration
  • Comprehensive understanding of immigration procedures and compliance processes
