Job Overview

The position of Knowledge Base Content Manager involves ensuring the quality and relevance of knowledge base content, with a focus on governance, best practices, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a high-quality knowledge management strategy, encompassing content development, updates, and analytics-driven evaluation.
  • Collaborate effectively across departments to develop and support new products, processes, and services, leveraging expertise from stakeholders, trainers, QA, IDs, and subject matter experts.
  • Analyze data to assess business impact, track usage, and define efficiency improvements for knowledge base content.
  • Establish and enforce writing guidelines based on established knowledge base best practices.
  • Evaluate and implement suggestions from agents and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge base articles, incorporating feedback and requests from various sources.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on product specifics to ensure article content accuracy and validity.
  • Proactively review the knowledge base and suggest updates to improve its effectiveness.
  • Develop new knowledge base articles in conjunction with campaign launches, focusing on policies, procedures, and products.
  • Provide timely updates on article status to relevant stakeholders.
  • Implement 'change tracking' strategies to ensure approval of all changes and edits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in content creation or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging online content, including articles, guides, and user support materials.
  • Familiarity with writing and graphics tools, including online platforms.
  • Deep understanding of formatting techniques to highlight key information.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Capacity to learn new skills quickly and prioritize self-development.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
