Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze brands and develop effective strategies to help the store reach its set quota.
  • Coordinate with store staff to ensure sufficient inventory versus targeted sales.
  • Effectively communicate with staff, vendors, mall admin, and 3rd party agencies/Coop.
  • Maintain optimal customer service and compliance with company standards.
  • Encourage store staff to interact with customers and build their personality and confidence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • 1-4 years of experience in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong Store Management Skills.
  • Willing to work on retail store hours.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Manila, Quezon City, Taguig, Paranaque, and Laguna.
