Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Olympic Village Enterprises Inc. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing retail stores from all aspects of management and will be reporting to Area Sales Managers and to VP-Retail Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Directly manage the store from all aspects of management and will be reporting to Area Sales Managers and to VP-Retail Operations
- Represent the store in the Monthly Sales Meeting/Business Planning
- Analyze the brands and develop effective strategies to help the store reach its set quota
- Coordinate with the store staff to ensure sufficient inventory versus the targeted sales
- Communicate effectively with staff, vendors, mall admin, and 3rd party agencies/Coop
- Maintain optimal customer service and compliance with the company standards
- Encourage store staff to interact with customers and build up their personality and confidence
