Job Summary


The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of store management, reporting directly to Area Sales Managers and Vice Presidents of Retail Operations.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Operational Excellence: Directly manage the store from an operational standpoint, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with company standards.
  • Sales Performance: Analyze brand performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Staff Management: Coordinate with store staff to ensure sufficient inventory levels, target sales, and maintain high-quality customer service.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with staff, vendors, mall administrators, and third-party agencies to achieve shared goals.
  • Leadership: Encourage staff to interact with customers, build their confidence, and develop their personalities.
  • Adaptability: Perform other tasks assigned by superiors as needed.

Requirements


To succeed in this role, you must possess:



  • Education: A Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or Marketing is required.
  • Experience: At least 1-4 years of experience in sales, retail, or general management.
  • Skills: Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Availability: Willingness to work retail store hours and be assigned to NCR branches.


Estimated Salary Range: PHP 720,000 - PHP 960,000 per annum
