At Payfuture, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Candidate Name to join our team as a Customer Success Advisor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client onboardings simultaneously.
We are looking for someone who is aligned with our values of Belief, Positivity, Accountability & Ownership, Speed and Execution. If you have experience in customer success, onboarding, or account management within fintech, payments, or SaaS industries, we would love to hear from you.

- Ensure all contractual agreements are accurately prepared, signed in the correct order, and countersigned promptly.
