Job Title: Property Manager

The ideal candidate will excel at obtaining, organizing and maintaining accurate property information and documentation.

Responsibilities include collecting, verifying and maintaining accurate property information and records.

  • Manage tenant communications and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate property inspections, maintenance and repairs.
  • Prepare and manage leases, forms and notices using Google Forms and Docs.
  • Track rent payments, late fees and lease renewals.
  • Maintain organized digital records via Google Drive and Sheets.

Previous experience in property management is essential. A strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are also required.
