Job Title: Caregiver Scheduler

This role is focused on coordinating caregiver schedules to support home care clients. The successful candidate will have experience with scheduling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain accurate caregiver schedules across multiple locations
  • Respond promptly to schedule changes or issues
  • Communicate effectively with clients and caregivers using remote communication systems
  • Update records and case notes in our proprietary software system
  • Collaborate with operations team members to ensure smooth staffing and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers
  • Generate reports to keep leadership informed of key metrics and trends
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in scheduling, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable with software systems and remote communication tools
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Availability to work in US time zones and secure necessary technical requirements for remote work
