Process Improvement Expert

We are seeking a seasoned expert to drive process enhancements and standardize cross-functional operations. With a strong background in lean methodologies and tools, the successful candidate will analyze, optimize, and standardize processes to ensure sustainable, high-performing operational foundations.

This pivotal role is for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity, building scalable processes, and driving structured improvement. As an expert in process improvement, you will identify, assess, and document core business processes to increase efficiency, velocity, scalability, and quality across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Identify, assess, and document core business processes to increase efficiency, velocity, scalability, and quality across teams.
  • Framework Development: Design and implement simple, structured frameworks that enable teams to work consistently, efficiently, and with clarity.
  • Audit & Compliance Support: Support internal and external audits by ensuring processes are properly documented, implemented, and monitored.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on company-wide KPIs using dashboards and data insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or Science.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with lean methodologies and tools (e.g., A3, Root Cause Analysis).
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and design efficient, scalable solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
Nice to Have:
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management practices and tools.
