Job Description

The successful Email Marketing Specialist will lead the creation, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns across multiple domains. They will leverage their expertise in tools like Instantly, Zerobounce, Clay, and other email verification tools to ensure high-quality leads and effective email deliverability.

A key aspect of this role is managing high-volume outreach and utilizing email marketing automation platforms to maximize campaign performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to track and analyze email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Develop scalable email campaigns (1,000+ emails/day) across multiple domains with proper email warm-up strategies.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns based on performance data, such as bounce rates and engagement.
  • Utilize A/B testing to improve campaign performance.

This role requires collaboration with sales and marketing teams to align email strategies with broader business goals. The successful candidate will also stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends and regulations, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Proven experience in managing email marketing campaigns, with a focus on healthcare clients.
  • Extensive experience with tools like Instantly, Zerobounce, Clay, and other email verification tools.
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing and email optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in tracking and analyzing email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, bounce rates).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
