Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to develop and execute SEO strategies that drive performance results. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative revenue-first marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. Key responsibilities include developing and executing SEO strategies, engaging in daily SEO analysis and strategy, attending internal sprint meetings and client calls, managing and prioritizing tasks, and finding efficiencies through automation and delegation.

Performance Objectives:

  • Own strategic decisions within organic search optimization
  • Execute industry-specific playbooks for clients
  • Ensure account execution follows best practices methodology
  • Analyze performance data for monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Delegate SEO tasks within weekly planning framework
  • Ideate experiments for client accounts to produce performance improvement
  • Work with design partners to ensure content is search-friendly
  • Act as Quality Assurance for conversion tracking
  • Document client-specific tasks for delegation to team members
  • Audit other client accounts for opportunity harvesting and strategy validation
  • Contribute to iterative documentation improvements of industry team and organic search discipline
  • Manage campaigns across multiple brands and accounts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiential knowledge
  • Prior experience working in a professional services organization
  • 5+ years professional experience in digital marketing, 3+ specialized in SEO
  • Experience leading or managing teams of individual contributors
