The Creative Project Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality, creative work while maintaining a high level of velocity and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves owning the delivery process from start to finish, including scoping briefs, managing timelines, enforcing quality control, and partnering with clients to ensure every asset meets their expectations.

In this position, you will run the post-production engine, allocating work across editors, designers, vendors, and ensuring optimal throughput. You will report to the Client Success Manager and collaborate closely with various teams.

The goal is to create stunning visual content that resonates with the target audience, which requires a producer's discipline and a creative eye. As a Creative Project Manager, you will deconstruct briefs to uncover true business goals and creative levers, build tactical production roadmaps, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

You will also be responsible for quality control and visual review, ensuring that all creative outputs meet the required standards. This includes prioritizing Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, Adobe Premiere or After Effects, Canva, spelling, brand specs, cut-outs, and platform compliance.

Effective communication is crucial in this role. You will serve as a single point of contact for assigned client PMs and marketers, surface blockers early, issue weekly snapshots, and synthesize production updates into business impact.
