Content Management Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Content Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for managing digital content across client accounts, maintaining structured content vaults, and supporting content workflows through accurate documentation and coordination.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Google Workspace. They should also have experience in content coordination, digital marketing, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload, organize, and tag digital content for optimal access
  • Maintain folder structures, naming conventions, and vault documentation
  • Support script template creation for tone consistency

  • Review content for quality and flag inconsistencies
  • Maintain accurate databases and trackers for team coordination
  • Provide timely updates and task status via internal tools

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in content coordination, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Familiarity with content management systems and tracking tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
