We seek a Marketing Coordinator to lead catalogue creation, drive impactful initiatives, and thrive within our organization committed to growth, development, and genuine care for its people.

  • Catalogue Delivery: Take full accountability for individual catalogues, ensuring each showcases products and aligns with the overall catalogue plan.
  • Production Management: Oversee catalogue production timeline, coordinating content inputs and deliveries to meet publishing deadlines.
  • Quality Assurance: Guarantee all content meets catalogue production guidelines and agreed-upon processes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external collaborators to secure necessary content, assets, and approvals for optimized delivery workflows.
  • Content Review: Conduct proofreading and quality checks for all catalogue elements, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and imagery.

Attributes and capabilities include experience managing multiple projects, producing digital content at scale, attention to detail, ability to perform under pressure, excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, and experience in Figma, Workfront, and Adobe Experience Manager (or similar applications).

This is a mid-senior level position working full-time in marketing and retail industries.
