Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement resource allocation strategies to ensure efficient utilization of installation resources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage pools of resources, including delivery operations managers, project managers, and installation supervisors.
  • Proactively allocate resources on jobs, ensuring timely communication with subcontractors to confirm resource availability.
  • Manage capacity demand and optimize the deployment of installation resources.
Resource Management
  • Facilitate the creation of a comprehensive installation resource strategy.
  • Convert demand plans into installation resource requirements, including local and international subcontractors.
  • Indicate cross-border installation resource needs at the area level.
  • Communicate resource requirement forecasts to local subcontractors and request volume commitment.
  • Allocate mid-term installation resources based on local supervisor needs.
  • Explore options to solve resource gaps.
  • Escala te status of unresolved short-term installations resource risk to short-term forecast (e.g., RUSH reporting).
  • Confirm frontline installation capacity.
Subcontractor Collaboration
  • Establish relationships with selected subcontractors to ensure effective resource planning.
Area Collaboration
  • Communicate transparent and up-to-date status of resourcing in the unit.
  • Gather and issue accurate schedules for additional capacity needs and release of teams.
Professional Requirements
  • Understanding of S&OP processes.
  • Subcontractor management expertise.
  • Safety and quality management skills.
  • Installation portfolio management experience.
  • Basic knowledge of installation methods and needed competences.
