This role involves utilizing AI tools to drive business growth, solve complex problems, and automate processes. As an AI Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging Replit for AI code writing, Zapier for task automation, and Airtable as a database.
  • Building and maintaining systems to monitor real estate updates across the US, filtering and highlighting important information.
  • Computing data using LLMs and sending out weekly newsletters.
  • Handling various business tasks such as data entry and research.
  • Thinking critically about business tasks and automating processes.

We are looking for someone with a technical background, proficiency in Python, and experience with AI tools. You should also have strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and persistence. If you're self-sufficient and can work with minimal supervision, meeting once daily for updates, we'd love to hear from you.
