Job Description

Our client is a specialist in the design, supply, and installation of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. They provide high-quality EV chargers, cables, and installation services.

We are seeking a proactive, collaborative, and self-motivated Jira Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Atlassian Administration: User, group, role, and permission management; routine maintenance, upgrades, and backups.
  • Workflow & Automation: Design and optimize workflows, fields, screens, and automation rules to reduce manual effort.
  • Project Configuration & Reporting: Create/maintain projects, boards, dashboards, filters, and actionable reports.
  • Billing & Cost Optimization: Track licenses, reconcile invoices, right-size tiers, and recommend savings on apps and subscriptions.
  • Integration & Add-ons: Evaluate, implement, and maintain Marketplace apps; integrate Jira with CI/CD, chat, and other business tools.
  • User Support & Training: Provide second-line support, run training sessions, and maintain clear documentation and knowledge articles.
  • Governance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure security and compliance, document configurations, and champion ongoing process improvements.
Requirements
  • At least 2+ Proven Jira/Atlassian administration experience (cloud).
  • Solid grasp of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and ITSM (ITIL, SLAs, queues).
  • Experience managing SaaS licenses, budgets, or cost-control initiatives.
  • Scripting/automation (Groovy, Jira Automation, REST API) and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English communication; comfortable training non-technical users.
